"Toilet handle was loose...worked ok as long as you held it in place....there were stains on the carpet....overall it was fine. We will be staying 3 more times in coming weeks, as I am having surgery and follow up appointments. The breakfast was great excellent "

"This is the biggest Best Western I have ever been to and probably the cleanest! They have a full restaurant and bar and I was there for sushi night (it was amazing). What kind of Best Western has sushi night??? The only reason I did not give this five stars is because my room was on the second floor and not one did anybody direct me to wear an elevator nor are there signs showing you how to find one. "We got their biggest room and it was PERFECT for my family of 6! 2 adults. 4 kids. We ALL fit and slept great. Room was cleaned perfectly! Kids loved the pool of course! Everyone was very friendly and polite! "

"Super fun brand, was a little hard to navigate the rentals you get for the resort fee so was a bummer didn’t get to use any of those options. Also the automated texts are great but it was really hard to get a response form anyone - response time for needs and questions was super slow, didn’t love that. "
