They have RV campers parked around it like it's a homeless facility and weed is smoked on campus as if it's ok. So it's definitely not your go to place if you're looking for quality, more just for price like a motel."

Several restaurants are close by, with a short walk to Dana Point Harbor area. Some items/areas could use a decor refresh - for example our jetted tub was a bit stained. Breakfast was good.
