"This unit is in a quaint old building with an elevator only a short walk to the central train station to visit cinque terre. There is a coffee shop right next door with delicious pastries. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away. Excellent pizzaria across the street. Check in was super easy and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Séjour d’une nuit. Emplacement idéal. Près du port et des rues piétonnieres. Les chambres étaient propres . Par contre, il y a eu du bruit toute la nuit provenant du café situé en face. Dans la chambre bougainvillier , il était impossible d’entrer dans la douche et de refermer la porte vitrée 🙁 . En arrivant dans l’entrée de l’immeuble, nous avons été surpris par la désuétude des lieux. Saleté et murs décrépis. Heureusement que les photos des chambres étaient conformes."

"Perfect location near the La Spezia main shopping area and train station. The innkeeper Andrea was very helpful in advising us about the area and what we could do in our too short of a stay. We are planning another European trip for next year and this place is definitely on our short list. "

"This is great place and Federica is one of teh best and efficient communicator that makes you very comfortable in arriving and checking in her place. It is large three bedroom apartment with spacious rooms that are rented individually and common use of great kitchen area with all the needed utensils and gaudgets. We have not seen anyone from other rooms while staying and it was nice and quiet. Very clean, Train station is 5 min walk to do the 5-terre. The only thing that is tough is if you come...

"A quick walk from the train station. You can take the stairs down to the street the property is on if you don't have much luggage. The owner's son communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided instructions for a contactless check-in. Seemed really nice and was super quick to respond to questions as well. You get access to a unit that has about 4 or 5 other rooms, and while it's really easy to hear any noise from the hallway, we didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms through the walls....
