The owner is beyond helpful and it is located in the cutest little town atop a hill adjacent to La Spezia. The bus system is efficient once you figure it out and of course the trains allow travel to anyplace. "

"We had a very warm welcome from Sergio, who was very friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate on arrival. Fabio was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed (he lived very close). The view from the terrace was spectacular and the pergola was brilliant as we had lots of rain while we were the there (and some sunshine). The bed was very comfortable. The location was good for driving out to other areas. If we came back to this area, we would definitely stay here again."

"Host was very responsive. We were able to drop our bags before check in so we could explore the city. There were only about 10 steps to top of apartment which was neat and clean. The air conditioning worked very well too. Easy 8 minute walk to train."

"The property is above the city of La Spezia with a wonderful view and a local bus nearby gets you to town in 15 min. The apartment is new and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful in spite of not speaking English. We had easy access to Cinca Terra and other lovely cities by the water by train or ferry."

"When I got to the property to use the the access code to get it it would not give me any code it just took me to the website. When I called the number given no one answered - when it text the number the gentleman stated that the apartment had been rented for sometime and it was not on VRBO. Needless to say I had to purchase another room at the last minute and pay addition funds. Not a issue you want to have on your honeymoon."

"Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Gibt gute Tipps für alles in der Umgebung. Wenn man den Aufstieg von 130 Treppen zum Apartment ignorieren kann eine perfekte Lage, wir sind ganz schön ins schwitzen gekommen. Mit dem Parken gab es keinerlei Probleme. Der nächte Sand Strand ist in lerici etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Hochsaison sollte man früh los fahren um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit Action und Erholung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. "
