The owner is beyond helpful and it is located in the cutest little town atop a hill adjacent to La Spezia. The bus system is efficient once you figure it out and of course the trains allow travel to anyplace. "

"We had a very warm welcome from Sergio, who was very friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate on arrival. Fabio was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed (he lived very close). The view from the terrace was spectacular and the pergola was brilliant as we had lots of rain while we were the there (and some sunshine). The bed was very comfortable. The location was good for driving out to other areas. If we came back to this area, we would definitely stay here again."

"Listing and pics are accurate, but….we thought “2 bathrooms” meant 2 showers or shower and bathtub. But there is only 1 shower for all to use. Also, it’s not clear from the pics but it is a ground floor apartment in a building with 3 floors and other apartments. Wasn’t a big deal….some noise from above and next door at times.Good location, clean, nice kitchen, beds OK. Very reasonable price for what you get. Parking can be a challenge, there is a “parking lot” down the street but it fills up by...
