The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made our stay wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located. We loved our room and the complementary breakfast was very nice I would definitely recommend others to stay here

Small hotel which was very close to everything including restaurants and shopping. Great location about 2 minutes from train station. Staff was lovely. Hotel provided a nice breakfast which was a great perk to start the day. Rooms are clean and functional but a bit dated and tiny. Hotel is an excellent deal and in a perfect location for a Cinque Terre visit.

I liked the hotel. Great location- so close to train station. However, the wifi was horrible! The bed was uncomfortable as you could feel all the metal springs. Housekeeping emptied our garbage, gave new towels, but didn't make the bed, or give clean coffee cups. I would stay again. Very nice helpful front desk staff.

Great location, 2 minute walk to train, 7 minute ride to Cinque Terre. Comfortable bed, hot/clean shower. Very nice breakfast included- even gave us food to go on the day we left due to our train leaving before breakfast started.

It's the second night staying at the same hotel after a day trip of hiking at Cinque Terre. Again it's nice to have a hotel nearby the railway staion after a whole day of up and down trekking. With the train pass, I could even go back to the hotel for a shower, change my clothes and go back to Cinque Terre for sunset and a nice dinner.
