"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"

"The owner and his partner were nice and helpful. He was there for us when we arrived late for check-in. We arrived after dark so the area was a little dark as we walked to our hotel, but it was safe overall in daylight. Was 8 minute walk to the train station, walkable to the boat dock (though hilly coming back!) and to the town square with shopping and meal options. A pleasant place to stay when exploring Cinque Terre!"

"We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!"

"Excellent for a one night stand, and very convenient, there are restaurants and mini markets as soon as you walk out of the building. Clean, and organized. There are three rooms total and you have to share the bathroom with the other rooms. The only negative aspect is parking, if you have a car you have to park like 35 mins away, or you have to pay 2€ per hour in a near parking garage. "

"Close to lots of restaurants & plaza, train station Finding the actual location of the facility was an issue. A sign outside would help. And then the stairs!!!! 88 stairs plus more up the hill to the building!! At our age of 70 it was difficult to carry the luggage all the way up!"

"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage.
