"pros : cheap and clean cons : • this was by far my worst experience in Japan during my one month stay. When I booked (one day before my planned check-in), the manager demanded to know at what time I was planning to check in. I was surprised but happily obliged and gave him/her the precise time (4 pm). The check-in happens in another place (15 min away by foot) which is a guesthouse. I went there by 4 pm and found no one (even though it is mentioned everywhere that check-in time is between 4 pm...

"Nice new container -single room hotel, good services just bit far from the station but if you drive that would be perfect for you for low rate and new hotel ! I wish the younger employees can speak English!"

"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"I loved everything about this ryokan. It's an old facility but it's ran well and cas clean as I could ask for. The staff was wonderful and some younger ones spoke English. It was just the perfect place for my husband's and Is honeymoon"

"From check-in on the first day to check-out on the last we had nothing but a good experience at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and easily available to help us. The room was spacious and clean for a family of 4. The TV was quite small, but it was enough and not the reason for choosing this hotel anyway. The parking was large and the hotel, despite not having a restaurant, was only a 5-minute walk from a 24hour supermarket and less than 1km from numerous restaurants. Harmonyland is...

"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."
