"I booked two nights and pay everything, at the time I arrived at the hotel they tell me the hotel was full and I have to contact Hotels.com for a refund, I did it , one month later still have not be refunded. Hotels.com said they waiting for the hotel approval. What a bad service. I’m customer of Hotels.com for many years but it’s time for me to go somewhere else, like Agoda "

"The owners were super nice. We upgraded to a bungalow after staying 1 night in a tent. The only problem I had were the creepy crawlies.. which is obviously to be expected in Thailand, but this property was right at the edge of the jungle and we seen a lots bugs and creatures. The property was lovely though and the bungalows were very cozy. We would stay here again."

"The reception was difficult to find. The building is separate from the bungalows and is not marked with any type of sign. I walked in circles (literally) for about a mile until I stumbled upon some other guests who told me where I needed to go. Even then, when I went to the building the woman told me I was at the wrong place (turns out I WAS in the right place but due to a language barrier she did not understand what I was looking for). "The chalet was basic but had everything you needed and it was clean. The lady owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was informative and chatty and made excellent food. There is no night ilfe there but the resort had a small restaurant and bar and this was more than adequate. we went for a quiet holiday and it was just that. No complaints from me. There is not really a real sandy beach but it was ok. The sea was clear. Of course it was the low season and the rainy season but we...
