"Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. "Perfect location and friendly staff. Building is old but the junior suite is very nice"

"The location was perfect! The bus station was a 5 minute walk away, parking garage opposite the hotel, the centre was within a 10 minute walk, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the bathroom did have a not so nice smell from the shower, but we managed with the door closed. Would 100 percentage recommend and stay here again"
