"Great hotel, comfy beds and clean room. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. The skyview bar is nice touch. There is a 711 in front of the hotel and next to many bars and transportation. The mall close too. Highly recommend "

"Return visit to this hotel, on a multi stop holiday. Check in easy and newly updated room on level 6 was good. Staff perfect and happy, visited at end of Tet, so a little busy at breakfast causing queues, but plenty of room and seats, buffet breakfast varied and good choices western to Asian options . Attentive staff cleaned up fast. Location is superb 5 mins from main road, easy for mrt, BTS links. Walkable to the near park areas and main areas of Bangkok. Happy to return and recommend this...

"Overall I was satisfied. However, even thought it was 85 plus temperature outside, the swimming pool was freezing. Hardly anyone was swimming. I think it's because the pool is in the shade 24/7. Maison hotel needs to warm the water. They have to be aware of it. The fact that they are not warming the water tells me they don't care. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall—the service was good, and the staff were friendly. However, the check-in and check-out process was frustratingly slow. The receptionists seemed unorganized, and it felt like there was no proper system in place. Even though I checked in late and checked out early, both processes took much longer than expected. If they can improve efficiency at the front desk, it would make the experience much smoother."
