"Nice affordable hotel across from the airport in kenai. Super nice and accommodating staff. One thing to note is the lobby closes at 9 PM and opens at 9 AM. I had a late check-in because of weather and I called and it wasn’t a big deal. They leave a key for you if it’s past 9 PM. There is a little breakfast area with basics: oatmeal, some fruit, milk, yogurt, toast, granola bars, coffee, and tea. Rooms have a microwave and the beds are comfortable. It was clean. "Great location. Hotel is an interesting place, if a little dated. Beds were comfortable, but the rooms could have been cleaner. We found a pubic hair on one of the beds and had an unexpected roommate (centipede). Aside from that, the location was great and the staff was excellent - very attentive. The coffee bar was a nice touch as well."

"I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. I’d say just some of the corners were a bit dusty and there were some hard water stains in the sink. The mattresses are a little saggy but were still decently comfortable.
