"We reserved a four bedroom cabin that was advertised to sleep 15 guests, with fireplace, jetted bathtub, river view, daily maid service, etc. When we arrived we were told that we were being put in a different room (one bedroom, no fireplace, no river view, tiny bathroom,etc.) When I stated that was not acceptable, the owner, who appeared intoxicated, starting swearing at me and my children. He said that he and some women were in the cabin we had reserved and that we could sleep with them if...
