"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food."

"The whole building was recently renovated so it was very comfortable new and clean The food was generous and very yummy. The service staff from the front desk to the restaurant was very good The view from the room is very nice too Really enjoyed our 3 night stay "

"Good value. Perfect for family vacation (5 in our family). We arrived late (7PM) called ahead and staff welcomed us. Free on site parking. They don't speak English but are friendly. Room was non smoking and had no odor. But smoking is allowed in the hallways. In room bath is clean but old. After checking in, found Kura Sushi (kaiten style-inexpensive) 4 minutes walk! After dinner we tried the onsen bath at the hotel. Men's level was clean but women's level was a bit dirty. Next morning, girls...
