Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.

外国人従業員の教育をもっとしっかりやってほしい。 夕飯時にワインのハーフボトルを頼んだら2泊とも間違えて普通ボトルを持って来た。男性です。 復唱したにも関わらず。心配で何回も確認したにも関わらずです。 良かった点は、連泊の為2日目の夕飯にプラスアルファ料理を追加で用意してくださりありがとうございました。嬉しかったです。
