"check in and check out was easy, deposit was refunded quickly room was clean, warm shower available, coffee and water available toilet tap was not working well and sink was leaking initially and complained to owner and owner sent maintenance over however we werent notified about it and got a sudden door bell ring for repair :/.... pls maintain properly before renting out to others"

"a good stay for solo traveller, close to nu sentral bout 4-5 mins walk sound proof not so much u can clearly hear ppl talking, vehicles on the street but good location, centre of KL so it is worth the price"

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is rather big and clean and the toilet is clean, however, the shower head needs to be changed as the water pressure penetrates into the skin. There's construction opposite the hotel so it can be noisy at times. My AC didn't make the room cold enough but overall I'm happy with my stay. The location is very convenient."

"Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks "

"Basic hostel in a great location. Stayed in 4 bed dorm. My only concern is room had an old style key and it was up to each person to lock the door behind them, if this didn’t happen the door stayed unlocked. The 8 bed dorm has an automatic locking door. "

Check-in was listed as 2pm 2) Toilet was broken and no soap was provided 3) Broken window that could not close in the room let in all noise from busy street 4) Room was hosed down to clean it making everything in room and bathroom wet, including the toilet paper.
