"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"古い歴史のある鹿教湯温泉にある宿です。 上田と松本の中間にあるので、上田を観光し、次の日に松本を周るにはちょうどいい場所にあります。 車がないと不便ですが、外人がいなく、静かに過ごせます。 内湯、外湯があり、ゆったりできます。 夕朝ともにバイキングで品数多く美味しいです。 カーナビで電話番号が使えないので、近くの施設に設定しました。 "

"素晴らしい滞在でした！オーナーの方がとても親切で、家族に星空観賞のスポットや地元の名所を教えてくださいました。また、7年に一度の地元イベントについても興味深いお話を伺いましたが、今回は残念ながら体験できませんでした。お食事もとても美味しく、心温まる時間を過ごせました。ぜひ多くの方におすすめしたい宿です。また訪れる機会があれば嬉しいです。ありがとうございました！"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"The owner, Kaori-san, and her sister, who works with her, are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our conversations with them. The inn is clean and comfortable. We went to Yatsugatake by train, and the station is an uphill walk of 30-40 minutes from the inn. Kaori's sister generously gave us a lift in her own car. We hope to return to this delightful little inn one day."
