"the location is suuuper easy to walk to from akihabara station, i feel cleanliness and noise mostly depend on the guests staying there. During my stay I had no issues with that though, I could tell that noise would travel pretty far in the sleeping space, but even with someone sleeping on the bed above mine, I wasn’t bothered at any point. "Bay Hotel is in a very convenient location, only a short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the monorail station for Haneda airport. There is a great little area in the lobby with a washer & dryer, tea & coffee and a kitchen sink & microwave. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good.
