"Amazing place to stay. Really comfortable. We stayed at the Loft. Some negative things though: -After the receptionist swiped my credit card on her machine to charge me for my remaining balance, she gave me my receipt, but then she wanted to re-swipe my credit credit so she could charge me again. She explained to me that her reason was because she incorrectly used the wrong credit card swiping machine and that I would receive a refund for her mistakenly swiping my credit on the wrong...

"Atendimento muito bom, tirei um ponto devido a falta de clareza da pessoa que nos recebeu no Check-in, são coisas pontuais, deveria ter dado uma explicação básica sobre os locais para refeições, caminho da cachoeira e haras, no mais, tudo excelente.
