O lugar Ć© lindo! O que deixou a desejar foi a qualidade e limpeza da Ć”gua da piscina! Alguns contra tempos como controle do ar condicionado ruim e outros pequenos detalhes, mas que nĆ£o interferem na diversĆ£o e aproveitamento da pousada! As condiƧƵes do hotel estavam bem precĆ”rias. Fui com minha famĆ­lia e nĆ£o foi nada agradĆ”vel. A Ć”gua havia acabado e quando voltou, a Ć”gua saĆ­a marrom. Parecia Ć”gua de esgoto, tanto pelo vaso e pia, quanto pelo chuveiro! O pior foi o descaso dos funcionĆ”rios, que nem se dispuseram a ajudar ou ao menos tentar fazer o hĆ³spede se sentir menos constrangido. Pude nem escovar os dentes. LamentĆ”vel! Por fim, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ tambĆ©m decepcionou.

A pousada nĆ£o tem agua quente em pleno inverno de Penedo, estava no banho tinha acabado de colocar shampoo a agua gelou, meu marido foi a recepĆ§Ć£o pediram para esperar, a espera foi mais de 20 minutos e nada de agua quente, tive que sair sĆ³ de roupĆ£o passar pela garagem, recepĆ§Ć£o para tirar o shampoo da cabeƧa. Sou GOLD nos hoteis.com, o pior que jĆ” fiquei, nunca passei por uma situaĆ§Ć£o assim.
