Acho o conceito “super luxo” pro quarto que fiquei bem exagerado. Foi uma ocupação ok mas acredito que o custo foi maior do que a entrega. Quando chegamos o quarto foi tomado por pernilongos, a chave do quadro de distribuição desarmou 3 vezes em um dia . A água quente demora muito. Mas a pousada também tem qualidades. Café da manhã excelente , cortesia e simpatia da dona, decoração externa e a vista para as montanhas. Só meu quarto que realmente não era “super luxo”

Razoável! Nosso quarto era a suíte super luxo 18. Bom não gostamos por vários motivos: a nossa suíte ficava em baixo do quarto do gerente que fazia muito barulho, impossibilitando nosso descanso e sono. Na primeira reclamação disseram que era hóspede, depois descobri que era o próprio gerente que morava lá. Então acho q não deveria ser alugada se mora alguém em cima da suíte. Após a primeira reclamação o barulho permaneceu e fomos acordados 6:30 da manhã novamente. O nosso quarto o ar condicionado estava desarmando e ficava somente ventilando! A TV não tinha controle, para desligar vc tinha q levantar da cama q era um absurdo. Não tinha 1 espelho no quarto para vc se arrumar ou se olhar, isso pq a suíte era super luxo. Deixou a desejar bastante!! Os funcionários são educados e prestativos.
