"Condo was just as advertised. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Location to beach was great. Could easily walk to many restaurants. We visited several beaches and Indian Rocks beach right behind the condo was by far the nicest. Don’t sleep on Kooky Coconut just down the road. We waited to the last day and were sad at how great it was and we definitely would have frequented it more often. Great coffee and ice cream! Kinsey was very responsive when I had questions....

"We had an amazing stay while in IRB. Communication was great with the owners. Everyone had lots of room without having to be around each other. (Family of all boys). Views were absolutely amazing from the dock and patio area. Plenty of seating outside and room for the whole family. Golf cart, kayaks, beach towels were all an amazing touch added to this property.
