Beautiful old home on a picturesque beachfront lot. Lots of room, wonderful patio framed by two coastal pines. Short walk to many restaurants. Be aware as stated, no paper products, trash bags, beach towels are provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice family vacation!
My family and I loved this house! My family of four, my sister's family of three, and our parents vacationed here for our spring break. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Close to many things. Very clean. But most importantly...the beach!! Just a short walk out the door. Wonderful patio overlooking the beach also. The view was amazing! We enjoyed every sunset! The large family dining table was very nice also, as we ate dinner together there and played games at night. Communication with property management great too...they responded very quickly with any questions. We all highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home just steps from the beach
We loved the look and feel of this lovely, large older home. Nice details. Quiet area. A dream location. Pretty beach just steps from the porch and patio. Great spot for Shelling and Bird Watching. Crystal clear water. Phenomenal views. Short drive to anything you want. We went to as a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday and to see manatees but could definitely see ourselves returning with our families. Good communication with property manager (Alan).

Hidden Gem
We've been coming to Indian Rocks beach for 40 years and loved it. We have walked & driven by this house many times, not realizing it has been here for many more years. Feels like old Florida. Beautiful large windows, wooden staircase and floors, wonderful kitchen to cook in. Great porch and patio. The walk to the beach is charming. As grandparents we had enough room to accommodate our growing family. Celebrated our daughters graduation and memories were made! Very easy to get ahold of property manager and he was willing to fix or help with whatever might have been an issue. Hope to be able to come again and keep building more blessed memories!

Family friendly home on the beach!
8 of us, 6 adults and 2 kids (daughters, son-in-law, and a couple grandkids) stayed for 5 glorious days in this old but lovely rare, loaded with character, 2 story, Florida home. Accomodated a large group incrediby well. This is not a new modern home, but it is a really cool, clean, well appointed, older home with tons of charm and a really functional and cool lay out and great air conditioning. We all just loved walking out the back porch across a short dune to the beach probably 20 steps away. We were in and out a 100 times a day with kids and all, so just absolutely an awesome set up. I spent hours on the back porch day bed listening to the surf and enjoying the sea breeze. We go to the beach all the time and spent the extra money to be in a spacious place on the beach and it was 100%+++ worth it.

Perfect spot! Couple hiccups, but otherwise great!
Amazing location! Just steps from the beach and you can watch the sunset right from the deck! Having kids with us, it was great to be able to just come back and forth without hauling loads of stuff with us. We also had an infant that was able to take a nap in the house while we still enjoyed the beach. We had a couple hiccups of the air not working which was crappy because the first night we just had to live with it and there are no screens in the windows/doors in the 2nd house, but the manager was right on it trying to get it fixed and when conclusion was made it needed another air unit, he brought a portable one in less than a half hour. The dishwasher was functional, but the latch was broke so we had to mess with it to get it to close, but the manager also had someone out to order a part for it. All in all, it was still a great stay and my family had a ton of fun! I would 100% go back!

Close proximity to restaurants and some shopping as well as grocery store in Largo. This is an older Florida style home so be aware. This property worked well for our family as we had adult children couples that used the villas and the rest of us in the main house. The outdoor space is amazing. You just walk out to the beach. Had a few issues that were reported to management already. Does need more bathroom towels for the number of people, more kitchen knives and utensils. Lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. available which was great. The home looked just like the photos online. Again, if you keep in mind this is an older Florida home, you will love it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just got married here in the beginning of October. This house is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t be any better! The inside of the house was very clean. When we arrived around 4:20 (check in at 4), the cleaning staff was leaving. She told us the towels were still in the dryer. We didn’t mind. However, later when we went to get towels out of the dryer to get showers, there were so many towels jammed into the dryer that they were all still damp. Still not that big of a deal, we just took some out and ran a couple cycles through and delayed our showers a bit. Although the inside was clean, on the outside It looked like maybe someone had a birthday party there before we arrived. There were a couple paper plates, plastic bags and a party noise maker scattered through the side yards around the house. There was tons of beach equipment and an over turned outdoor end table thrown haphazardly on the dunes in front of the house. There were rolled up socks and an over turned bucket of sand and sea shells on the back porch. None of the outdoor lights attached to the porch had bulbs in them except for one. The downstairs couch was broken in the middle and was being held up by a cinder block wrapped in a white garbage bag. The upstairs apartment sheets had a large area of orange/red spotted stains on them. We washed them again to see if it would come out but it didn’t. There were two door knobs broken. One was the downstairs bathroom, which we fixed. The other was the door that exited to the beach side. We did contact BeachHouseFL to let them know all of the issues while we were there. They were prompt and friendly in responding and asked if they could bring us clean sheets. We were checking out the next morning so told them not to worry about it. Karol asked for pictures of everything, which I sent. After that, no response to messages. Overall the place is beautiful but too pricey to have all these issues!

Just a few seconds walk and you are on the beach. The beach was beautiful, almost private with just a few other people around. The house had charm and personality you only find in older houses. It has all the amenities you will need, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer,etc. Great location, you can walk to restaurants/bars, CVS, and convenience stores. The management team was very responsive, you contact them and they respond in minutes. There is a high possibility that we will be staying at this property again in the future.
