Girls Trip 2024
Six ladies came down for a relaxing girls weekend. This place was an absolute gem. This place was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants as described. We loved having beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler and an umbrella to use. The pool area was very relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Much needed Get Away
This is the perfect place to come to relax. We felt as though we had our own private resort. Nice short walk to the beach. But truly the backyard is where you will want to spend all your time. Brett was wonderful with his quick responses. We will stay here again for sure!

All of the comforts of home and a nice, clean play to stay. My kids loved being so close to the beach and having all the beach items in the garage was great and kept our luggage light. The pool was sparkling clean and we loved using it as much as possible!

We loved everything about this property! Comfortable beds and extra pillows. We so appreciated the amenities that were offered since we were traveling from out of state (coffee, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, floaters, etc.) The home had plenty of space for hanging out-inside and outside. Great house in a great location!
The house had everything we needed. There is loads of space to hang out, 2 living areas and a great back yard. Brett was a breeze to work with. The beach is just 2 blocks away, there are plenty places to walk to for enjoying a meal out. We all had a great time I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Kids 1st Florida vacation.
We really enjoyed our 10 day stay. Great location!!! Beach a block and a half away. Having all the beach supplies really was helpful. Just loaded up the cart and off you go. Plenty of room inside, loved the cement floor. The best is the back yard. Great pool and plenty of outdoor sitting. Our host was very easy to contact and he keeps the place in tip top shape. We would definitely stay there again!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was very comfortable and clean, the backyard setting and pool were a big treat, the beach was very convenient to walk to and it was well stocked with all sorts of niceties to make a coastal vacation most enjoyable. Can’t beat this location!
This house is in the perfect location! Short walk to beach and a number of restaurants. House was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials an out of town traveler might need. Backyard is gorgeous with plenty of chairs, a grill, pool with sun shelf, and horseshoe pit. Owner was prompt with communication. The only thing to note is there is currently construction behind the home. The crew starts very early in the morning and can hinder the privacy and relaxation in the backyard. Of course this is beyond owner’s control and we still had a great vacation!

We stayed at this home for the second time and are going back. It is beautiful inside and out. The pool area in the back yard is resort like. It is 2 blocks walk to beach and trolly stop. Great kitchen and living areas. Laundry. 3 BR and two baths. Very Clean. A must stay!!
