"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice. "

"Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"
