"The outside of the building is a wreck. The lobby is new and the front desk clerk was great. The biggest problem was the condition of the building, very run down, and the cleanliness. When I went in the bathroom, there was something nasty all over the wall where your knees would be when sitting on the toilet. I don’t believe for one minute a cleaner couldn’t see it. I used hot water and a washcloth and wiped down the walls. I could have forgiven everything except that nastiness."

It surprised me, because everything else was spotless. Bed was amazing and the response from the office was excellent, when our reservation was messed up (not their fault).
