Pros: Scenic views, walk-in water access (great for kids/dogs), water toys (2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, 1 canoe), lovely dock to lounge on (plenty of seating with hammocks, outdoor table, polywood chairs), firepit great for s'mores, foosball table in the basement (a hit with the kids), stocked kitchen with items you need (crock pot and the basics), beautiful vaulted ceilings in living room, enjoyable...
