"The staff is exceptional and very pleasant to interact with. The hotel itself seemed to not maintain maintenance. Many light fixtures either flickered or didn’t work. The fixtures holding the shampoo and body wash in the shower were broken. Management obviously wanted to save money at the expense of staff efforts and the guests."

"So staff was friendly, says queen size bed but was more of a full size, stayed 4 days at a time because extended stay itself doesnt accept the gift cards i had, so instead of paying for 2 weeks, only got 8 days. Noone came to take trash or replace towels, quiet for the most part, breakfast options wasn't what i expected but still have some food and drink options. I'd stay again because this is the cheapest price i have found for someone in my situation. And pet friendly is a great extension...
