"Our trio booked the warm and cozy cottage, with its own parking, 2 comfy bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and lounge, speedy Wi-Fi and private deck, from where we viewed the northern lights (don't forget the key!). The accommodation was immaculate. The shower drained slowly, but we were forewarned of the issue. The breakfast buffet was varied and hearty; don't miss the homemade lamb pâté and jams! We found Hólmur Farm to have the most beautiful view while having breakfast...

"A great spot for a night. Our cottage was comfortable for 4 adults. No blackout curtains meant that I had to create my own. Towels are also not included in the price. Otherwise a stunning setting, which we enjoyed with a clear blue sky. "

I called her earlier in the day because I had a car issue and would be arriving past their check in time. She kindly waited for me. "Glacier Inn is not a hotel, it is a home. It only has shared baths, but advertises as having private baths. The man who met us at the property was very rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
