Dropped something on the floor and while looking, I saw a LOT of food bits, garbage, and dirt under the table between the beds. We were told that we’d have room clean on day 3, but we did not. We had to make our own arrangements for trash removal and coffee bar refresh. "

The lobby area was nicely decorated for the holidays with couch and table seating and there is a great "kitchen" nook for coffee, tea and hot chocolate and some simple continental breakfast items. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. While there are some dated aspects to the hotel, we barely noticed. It was definitely the best 2 star hotel we have stayed at! "
