"My family really enjoyed this VRBO, especially the gas fireplace (on thermostat), the king-sized bed (BR#1), the fast & stable wifi, and the TV content choices (Directv for football, plus all the streaming apps). Oh also very much appreciated the coffee provided (since I forgot to bring) and K-cups, although the filters were wrong size (too big, made them work). The only thing that was 5* for me was the left side of the king mattress...kind of had a "pit" that I didn't like, not sure how old/well-used that mattress is? Everything else was great, we plan to return and stay here again next summer!"

"The cabin/house is amazing, roomy and nestled in a beautiful location. We enjoyed snowboarding at Sunrise, fishing in Greer and hiking. There are a lot of rules regarding the community but we made the best of activities outside of the community. "

"This cabin was the perfect stay for our ski get away. Note yes this cabin is old and is not a brand new place which the owner is up front about it in the description. That’s what we loved about it, this cute little historic cabin that has so much character. We all loved it! My kids especially loved the old 13 inch tv in the one room they made me laugh as they were so confused by why it was so large. I think every rental place should have something from the 90s it was awesome. Sandy is a great host!"

"We couldn’t be more happy with this cabin. It was well maintained, clean and it had everything we needed to have a great time. They even decorated it with a Christmas tree and lights arrangements throughout the cabin. It did feel like we were in our own home.The communication with the host was very good. We are planning to come back."

"I expected the cabin to be not as clean as some of the reviews had mention but it was pretty clean.Had just about all the items we needed to cook in the kitchen. Grill was working and a full tank of propane. Wood was provided for the fireplace.Communication with property management was good except for when they did not response. We use the fire place but there was no tools to clean it up. I ask what was need to done or will property clean it up but no response. I ended up using cardboard as a pan and broom and did my best to clean it up.Ultimately it was a good experience and would stay there again."

"Great cozy little cabin surrounded by gorgeous forests and mountains. Love Northern Arizona. Always great to visit Greer and get a serene, relaxing respite from the bustling Phoenix area. Will stay again and highly recommend this to anyone. "
