It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"This is a cute, newly renovated house in a great location near new river gorge National park with lots of amenities. We loved the hot tub and the game room in the basement. The house could have been cleaner, we had a few cleanliness issues including finding dirty dishes in the cabinet. "

"This house was a perfect place for visiting on the south side of the park. It's true, you can see lots of stars here. Our stay was bitterly cold and we could only look from indoors. Some day we will go back and check it out in more reasonable temperatures. The host was very quick to respond to our needs. The stairs to the loft are very steep. We just had to figure out the safest way to navigate them. We had no problems with it.temperatures temperatures."
