"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"We did NOT stay at this hotel. We checked in and was greeted by a gentleman who refused to give me his name! He called his wife to meet us at the room. She opened the room with the key and left.
