"The stay here was good. I like the convenience of everything being in one place. Great family environment. I didn't like that I around 20 minutes before check in and was told if i didn't wait until 4 a 25 dollar fee would be added to my bill. Wow for 20 mins???? The pull out bed had crumbs on mattress but other than those two things, i was very pleased. I will definitely book again"

"The outside appearance and the lobby was very warm and inviting. The sitting area and bar area in the Lobby were decorated nicely. The staff were welcoming and very kind. I did pick the room with upgrade listed on Expedia and paid a little more for the upgrade but I am not sure what the upgrade was. I did not like my room very much. "The curtains didn't close! That was weird. The staff was friendly and attentive. They didn't have any linens in the bathroom when I got there after 4:00. Nobody would answer at the desk,so I had to walk down to the desk and ask for some. The breakfast was good."

"The supervisor Joseph was very helpful and kind. Everyone there is friendly and make sure you’re enjoying your stay. Love they have cat “workers” that take care of the property at night. Overall highly recommend staying and this beautiful property. "
