"Very nice for a cheap place to stay. The rooms were nice, it was safe and quiet, and the staff was friendly and courteous. It is by no means a five-star hotel, but you're also not paying for a five-star experience. I would definitely stay there again."

"Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice, room was clean with a fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and cold AC. Breakfast was good (sausage, eggs, biscuits/gravy, juice/coffee). Gas station and Wendy's right next door, and plenty of space to walk your dog. Room rates were excellent too "

"No frills kind of place in a quiet area. The rooms were very clean, looked to be newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. No coffee in room But some in office available. The free breakfast was not much but there is a Hardee’s next door. Convenient location to Mardi Gras activities. "

"The motel looked exactly as advertised in the pictures, the only main issue was that there were two of us in a queen bed with one of everything; one pillow on the bed, one body towel, and one washcloth. We tried going to the office but they were closed and the number listed had a full invoice. My partner she didn’t care for how far the plugs were from the bed either. Overall a good and quick stay that served its purpose as a place to lay our heads for the night. "

"We had a pleasant stay for one night. Close to the downtown Mardi Gras activites. Check was easy. We only had 2 towels, would have been nice if they had 4 in the room for us. We never asked for anymore either, we just made do. The room could use a good deep clean. "

"This condo is good for a couple night stay but if we'd planned our usual week+ stay here, I would've wished we booked elsewhere. Absolutely no silverware in the kitchen and only 2 tiny pots to cook with. Beds, especially the main one, were absolutely terrible and need replaced. This condo is easily accessible from the elevator or stairs. It was cleaned fairly well prior to arrival. Stocked with plenty of bath towels and AC works amazing."
