"We loved our stay in the Dreamcatcher on Dauphin Island. It was the most relaxing vacation that we have been on in a long time. We had a great time watching dolphins and the seabirds from the back deck and the dock. You could see the water from every room in the house (except the bathrooms haha). The living room was a nice gather place to hang out while it was raining. You could still see the water perfectly. The TV's were perfect size and great for watching football. Go Chiefs! The two bedrooms had a bathroom attached to each of them so it was perfect for us (two couples). The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The whole house was very clean. We liked that there were beach chairs for our use and they came in handy for our beach days. The house is close to both East end and West end beaches. The lift worked great for getting our luggage in and out. Heather, the owner, was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to all of our questions. Our only complaint is that our vacation was over way too soon! Be sure to go to the Lighthouse Bakery for a cinnamon roll! Yum!"

"We traveled with our family of 6 and had plenty of room! The location had everything we needed and the locals were very friendly. Best of all, the beach was within walking distance and had almost no one else there! "

"Property was lovely, except For the ants!! Had to have the exterminator out to spray and still had problems! We had to be very careful with every crumb of food! Awful! WiFi only worked part of the time and my husband had to check in daily with his work which did not go well! Would have liked to known there was no way to have a service to set up beach chairs. My husband is not able to carry because of COPD so our beach time was very limited! Sorry the stay may be our last time he is retiring! And we may longer be able to come! Very, very disappointing!!"

"This place was perfect for a quiet and calm vacation. It was steps away from the beach and the balcony’s were nice to sit on and listen to the waves. It was a huge plus that there were some toys for our toddler to play with. We will definitely be back! "

"Very clean and affordable with a variety of beds. House had everything needed. Beautiful outdoor area. Lovely plants in yard. The back deck was large, but back yard was a bit over grown. A lot of potential with the back yard area. Only one tv for the entire house, but we didn’t watch much tv. Water hoses, outdoor shower and sink available that helped wash sand off. Definitely worth the price. "
