"Room was a suite, very comfortable but only 3 pillows so we had to go get another one. The TV was very small and the washcloths were worn with holes in them."

"I stayed one night on my travels and the staff was friendly, room was clean, and there are a lot of dining options in the area."

"Things went bad at check in when I was charged $162 even though I had a confirmed charge through booking with hotels.com of $146. The desk staff saw the email.. did nothing. They forward it to manager.. who did nothing. Very disappointing that giving a credit of $18 seemed not possible . Although a nice hotel ..I will not stay there again. "

"I can’t tell you how many times we said “what a beautiful location” this weekend! It is truly stunning! We enjoyed use of the lake and the many kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats they had. We also enjoyed feeding the miniature horses apples. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of room! Close to the wine trail, Giant City and Carbondale. The host Brian was very friendly and checked to make sure everything was good upon checkin. All around great experience! We will be...
