"We stayed in a 4-beds room, all furniture is in good condition. The setting is same as shown. The room has some spaces to open up 2 large suitcases. The washroom and shower room are separate, and towels are provided. I will suggest to add some hooks in the shower room for handing the towels."

"We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. "Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up.
