They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. "Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks "

Luckily there is another property belonging to the same owner (Kawana hotel) about a block away, and when I used the intercom the receptionist had to walk over and attended to my check-in when I arrived at 10pm.
