"overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving....

"It's connected to the same company's more upscale hotel called The Lively. They have a nice lounge and coworking space, even adding a pool table. The Millennials is on the 3rd floor, with no washer and dryer (need to go to The Lively on the 4th floor). Showers, washrooms and beds were extremely clean. "Lovely capsule-style hotel within walking distance of Tenjin-minami station; shared facilities were clean and well-maintained, the semi-private cabins were good quality and decent size. Only downside was the inability to turn off or cover the air vent into the cabin, which meant an almost unbearably warm night's rest for one night of my stay."
