"Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. "

Air conditioning unit in bedroom didn’t work then checkout was 11Am had cleaning person there at 7:30AM"

"This villa is super cute and well stocked and very close to the beach. Be sure to check out ziggys for Sunday brunch and Monday night dinner and live music. The sausage shack for brunch on Saturdays has bottomless bloody’s or mimosas. The pool is small but perfect temp to cool you off."

The location of the specific condo is also perfect - close to the pool (close enough you do hear some pool noise) and on an end, with no steps to enter. It has some great views as well! One morning was so clear I could see St. Thomas and St. John."
