"The quietness of it tucked back behind businesses and condominiums. Then close enough to walk to the convent store"

"Very nice hotel, but next to a very noisy road and you may need earplugs. Luckily I had some with me. No antibacterial handgel left in the dispenser at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast nice. Not too far from the Galleria and some fancy shops at the highland village, To get to the galleria is apparently walkable but we took a taxi. "

"Customer service is amazing and the room is comfy, i just think the floors need to be cleaned throughout the facility. "

"Our room was hot even with the a/c on & the mattress was pld & not firm like our previous visits. "

"Friendly staff. Able to accommodate me when I accidentally booked a smoking room. Presented me with a gift bag upon check in. Breakfast was available and convenient."

"Inside the hotel is nice.. in room coffee pot has been broken Everytime I visit but it's ok. Morning little breakfast is a plus.. Wifi was good. Nice TV. Sofa in room is great to see . Outside has issues as this is an old rundown area and the hotel itself you can see is old. The hotel next door is an awful attraction also."

"I didnt have any issues I would stay there again in one night increments I was only there for 12 hours. I'm a man and I was alone. If I had my wife and or kids I would not stay there."
