"The payment method was not attached to our reservation, so our check in process took a long time. The front desk agent, Jakoby, was very nice and apologetic. The hotel.com agent was able to help with the payment information. "

It was really overwhelming and unpleasant, making it hard to enjoy the otherwise nice environment. I hope the management can address this issue because it definitely affects the experience for non-smokers. I would consider staying again if this problem is solved."

"This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal ! "
