"My fire alarm was faulty and it set off the fire alarms in 3 others rooms, because they were hard wired on the same circuit. I was in the shower when it happened and had to quickly dress and get my dogs in the car to wait until the fire department came to figure out what was wrong. I know it was a fluke, but I wish they'd have offered a discount. I was exhausted at the time and didn't think to ask. Still, I needed a place to crash with my dogs on short notice while on a roadtrip, and for one...

"When checked in the staff was very friendly and it was a easy check inn. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the room, and they offered to have maintenance take care of it right then. I declined the offer for maintenance because the issues were very minor. The rooms looked liked they have been remodled or kept up in excellent condition. It is a gated property with guest parking and with class a truck parking lot in front. Dennys restaurant is literally next to there parking lot...

"They have the friendliest staff I've ever seen. The girl that checked me in and the guy who checked me out were so warm and sweet. This was one of the most comfortable beds, quiet rest, clean and right off the freeway with a Starbucks across the street, stores and gas stations down the street. Kiki's chicken drive thru hit the spot for dinner. "

"Customer Service- Upon arrive, the gentleman in guest services provided great customer service. Checking in was easy and fast. Cleanliness-Room was ok. Bed were comfortable and clean. Pillows can improve. The chairs in the room had some stains. The tub upon arrival had a couple strands of hair. The toilet flushed slowly. Recommend wearing room slippers on carpet.
