"After landing at Indy airport and getting out to the area where all the hotel shuttles are, I called the hotel asking when the shuttle will come. The person who answered the phone told me the shuttle will arrive at 1pm. It was 12:34pm when I called. We waited until 1:20pm and got on a shuttle with a Fairfield Inn & Suites label. When we got there we realize it was the wrong Fairfield. That means the shuttle for this Fairfield Airport never came! I doublechecked my call history and confirmed I...
