"Old hotel lacked the normal conveniences, like phone, bedroom dresser, handwash soap. Suite with kitchenette lacked cookware & utensils. When asked if we wanted these in the room, we said yes, but had to ask again after checking in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for shopping and dining downtown. "

"I liked the hot tub. If you like carbs, the breakfast is good. I was initially stuck at the train station, and the hotel could do nothing to help me -- keep trying to get an Uber the man said. Turns out Uber didn't run to there. I eventually got a Lyft. When I arrived there were at least 2 staff, one was just sitting on the couch talking to someone else. It was fine. The hall does smell musty, maybe in the past people smoked. The rooms were fine but not great. I stayed for a conference I was at....
