"Staff were nice but the hotel needs a bit of love. I was moved rooms from a room where my back door doesn’t lock. The new room you had to lock from inside and pull to. Overall okay stay, won’t be going back but not awful. "

I managed to switch it on once but couldn't work out how to connect it to the WiFi. Instructions were unhelpful and in the end I couldn't get it to switch on despite trying new batteries in the remote control.
