"The hairdryer was not working, ensured it was plugged in , pushed the reset button, the test button etc. Then called front desk and she said she can’t do anything, she has no clue where the hair dryers were and no clue as to where to look. I asked for maintenance.. she said no maintenance worker. I said my hair is wet and my kids hair is wet . She said , I don’t know what you want me to do. Honestly, maintanace should be on site . "My only complaint was the late noise in the hallways but I understand that those responsible were removed from the hotel. Still could have used a good nights sleep before getting on the road. "

"Favorite thing is that this property is near the wineries on the wine tours of the NE area. Hotel has adult lap pool and steam room. lots of good breakfast choices. Room was clean and spacious. "
