"Beautiful "

"Hotel is well located right in Lake Erie and the rooms are newly renovated. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s consistently great. My only complaint is that although the room service food was very good, there was a $10 delivery fee and $5 service charge which increased the price of my meal by over 20%. I tipped the person who delivered on top of those fees since it wasn’t clear that those fees pertained to any gratuities. I’ll be back but likely won’t order room service again!"

"Terri at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice! The room was big and clean. Stores we needed were a short drive away. Restaurants and fast food were either walking distance or a short drive. The room phones didn't work but she said they were getting that fixed. The pool was a little dirty. It looked like things from the road blowing in. "
