"Overall it was a nice place. BUT, i tend to choose my hotels for the amenities- specifically pool/ hot tub. This place has 2 pools. One is a lap pool for adults, the other is more of a pool/splash pad/slides for kids. Guess where the hot tub was? So i shared it with a dozen 5 yo's, and it was NOT hot. The air in the room was also COLD. Im told because it was cold outside, but I've never experienced this, even in the cheapest places."

"The first room we were given had not been cleaned or the beds made. The front desk clerk found us another room. He went up and checked out the room to make sure it was okay. He then helped us get the luggage cart up to our room. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good."
