"The staff are wonderful, and the hotel offered a lovely hot chocolate and cookies Happy Hour between 4 pm - 6 pm in the warm reception sitting area. Sipping the hot chocolate in front of the large fireplace made for a cozy time to visit and relax. The "breakfast on the go" is also a fantastic idea. The food is tasty and so affordable. We had a great time staying here."

"Refrigerator and microwave were faulty. Need repair or replacement. Huge draft from the in wall air conditioner. Should seal it up better for winter months."

"Lovely updated building. Nice fireplaces in the rooms. Good price for a basic room. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. Only thing is with being an old building which has been upgraded, it is no where near sound proof - you can hear everything around you in great detail. I had earplugs for sleeping and all was good. I did love that the sink could fill our water bottles - most hotel sinks don’t fit a bottle. Perfect when you have little athletes in town for a tournament. "

"Always a nice place to stay in Canmore. The water slide is a bit hit. Unfortunately the pool was emptied out so the kids missed out this time. Rooms could use some extra cleaning on the floor, behind tables, bed etc "

"Nicely updated room, we were on the top floor and it had beautiful vaulted ceilings which made the room feel extra spacious! Very clean, comfy bed, and quiet location. It’s a bit further down Banff Ave from the super busy core, which made it quiet, and parking was easy! Still very walkable and accessible to everything you need. We travelled with our dog and they provided treats and a little toy for him! "

"The room was clean, cute, and a great size. It was easy to get around Canmore from its location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but overall very happy with our experience and will be returning."
