"Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Banff. Easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. Staff were personable, helpful and efficient. Room was clean, spacious with mountain views. Heated bathroom floors are a bonus. Would stay here again. "

"Nice place. Just stopped for the night on my way to Lake Louise. Was hard to fall asleep with the arrangement of an open foyer that has rooms above it. A large group was hanging out all night in the main lobby, well past midnight."

"We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bathroom very spacious. The Waterslide is very fast but we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. There’s some life jackets and such available at the front desk which we felt was very convenient. "
