"Absolutely awesome - the only things missing were a decent corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and any sort of meausuring cup in the pantry. Very clean - great location - very much awesome!"

"Our stay at one of the cabins was great! The cabin was perfect for a few days stay. Everything you needed was there. The view from the cabin was directly towards the Three Sisters and it was so peaceful. It was very hot outside so the rooms got very hot, but Shaun (sp?) was our hero and got us fans & it was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were 3 adults and we enjoyed the location of the property. Parking was a bonus and we felt safe. Bedrooms are up a flight of stairs if you have mobility issues and there is no washroom on the main level. The unit was well maintained, nice amenities and the park pass was a nice bonus. The only thing I would say was we were expecting an actual gas fireplace rather than an electric one with no heat. As well the hot tub was not overly warm, but that is my preference. Otherwise, great stay...

"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. Unfortunately the regular pool is closed since COVID and never reopened (the pool is not really advertised so that is fair), and during this stay the maintenance of the waterpark got extended which resulted in being closed as well. "Great location, walking distance to downtown Canmore, great amenities in room, comfortable beds. Hot tub was broken unfortunately - which we planned to be a big part of our stay so that was disappointing."

"The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets and they were super good about it. Overall it was a good stay and super affordable. Everyone was friendly as well. "
